Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. Processing times may vary depending on the product. Some products sold by Everyday Outfitters are made-to-order, print-on-demand, or fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may require additional production time before shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment provider, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times shown during checkout or provided with your order are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Everyday Outfitters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will do our best to assist customers if a shipment experiences an unexpected problem.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

International Orders

International shipping availability and delivery times may vary by product and destination. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
